
Nikos Maratheftis
Nikos Maratheftis is a neurosurgeon, specialized in Functional Neurosurgery and spinal disorders. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
After completing his 6-year residency at the University Neurosurgery Clinic of Evangelismos Hospital, he specialized for 3 years at Cardiff University Hospital in the UK where he was further trained in Spinal Surgery. He was also trained in Functional Neurosurgery, and particularly the Neurosurgical Treatment of Chronic Pain and Spasticity.
He has published 39 papers and articles in Greek and international conferences and journals.
He is Consultant Neurosurgeon of Euroclinic Athens General Hospital.
